Then: MISS (Mississippi), Now: MRS.

Monday, June 30th, 2008

I am working on the edit from Saturday’s wedding and came across this BEAUTY! I had the PRIVILEGE of photographing the wedding of Christy May, former Miss Mississippi and 3rd runner-up in Miss America. It was an amazing day. The forecast called for rain, but not a drop fell! We were able to take some amazing shots in a garden in Pontotoc due to the dry weather. Click on title to see images!

Katie and Trey

Friday, June 20th, 2008

Katie and Trey’s wedding was held in the very historic Natchez, MS at Monmouth Plantation. There were so many special and personal touches to this wedding that I will not soon forget. This is one of my favorite shots of them having a little quiet time in one of the hammocks around the Plantation. You can view their wedding images HERE.

Katie and Brandon

You may remember Katie and Brandon from their engagement session. These two are a very sweet couple, and the amount of friends they had at the ceremony tells the tale. Their wedding was at The Colonel’s Quarters, a fabulous place to get married!
